Oahu Off-Road Track Ground Breaking Ceremony

Wayne Rhoden cruises on a 100% Electric Motorcycle during the Ground-Breaking Ceremony for the new off-road dirt track at Sand Island. The park is called "The Sandbox" and is scheduled to open on Oct 1, 2009.
